Information shared may include, but not be limited to profile details, names, cancellation history, review information, and any additional information that is necessary to facilitate a smooth experience for all parties involved.3.3 Publicly Visible Information:
Certain information can be made publicly visible to enhance your Dwell365PV experience. This includes your public profile page, listing pages, reviews, ratings, and content shared in community forums or social media posts. Parts of your public profile and content may also be displayed on third-party sites, platforms, and apps. Example of this might be the consolidation of calendars to display availability of your property.3.4 Host Service Providers:
Hosts may collaborate with third-party service providers to manage and deliver their services, such as cleaning services or lock providers. Information, such as check-in details and guest contact information, may be shared with these service providers to enhance the hosting experience.3.5 Complying with Law, Responding to Legal Requests, Preventing Harm and Protecting Our Rights:
We may disclose your information when required or permitted by the laws of the local government, local law enforcement, local governmental or public authorities, authorized third parties, or other Members. Personal information of Hosts and Guests may be shared with Building Management to facilitate programs, compliance with laws, security measures, and other services. This may include guest booking and personal information required for hosting services.3.7 Host Information Provided to Dwell365PV for Work Customers:
For business or work-related bookings, we may disclose relevant information to the Enterprise affiliated with the Guest. This enables adequate performance of services and may involve sharing with third parties engaged by the Enterprise.3.8 Service Providers:
To assist us in running our business and ensuring compliance, we share personal information with affiliated and non-affiliated service providers.
